- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets in housing finance products such as home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other related services.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling of financial products.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, resolving queries promptly, and ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or NBFC industry with expertise in home finance or housing loan sales.
- Strong understanding of housing loan processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a quick-paced environment.
