- Sales & Conversion: Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or leads to sell domestic or international holiday packages.

- Itinerary Customization: Design custom travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and destination highlights.

- Client Relations: Build solid relationships with customers, resolve queries, and provide expert destination advice.

- Booking & Operations: Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to secure bookings and handle end-to-end trip coordination.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: Ranges from 2 to 10 years depending on the seniority (domestic vs. luxury/international markets).

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion and telesales abilities.

- Destination Knowledge: Strong familiarity with specific markets (e.g., Europe, UK, US, or domestic hotspots).

- Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
