About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Holiday Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn customer enquiries into exciting holiday experiences.

You will be responsible for understanding customers’ travel needs, recommending suitable holidays, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into bookings while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customers’ holiday requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, flights, packages, and travel experiences.
- Prepare and provide accurate holiday quotations.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, hotel offers, and holiday packages.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other travel partners when required.
- Ensure all bookings and customer information are accurately recorded.




- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process.

Requirements
- Previous experience in travel sales, holiday sales, tourism, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach.
- Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of holiday destinations and travel products is an advantage.
- Positive computer skills and ability to use booking/sales systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a strong desire to succeed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
