- Sample Collection: Visit scheduled patient locations to perform safe and hygienic venipuncture (blood draws) or basic health screenings.

- Sample Handling: Properly label, store, and transport all collected specimens to the laboratory to maintain sample integrity.

- Patient Care: Treat patients with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a reassuring and pain-free experience.

- Safety & Hygiene: Follow strict infection control guidelines, proper sterilization methods, and secure medical waste disposal.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs of patient details, tests required, and samples collected.

- Coordination: Communicate closely with the lab and dispatch teams for timely sample drop-off and test updates.

- Patient Guidance: Instruct patients on pre-test requirements such as fasting or hydration.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT, CMLT) or a certified Phlebotomy course. Nursin
