We are looking for a responsible and guest-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to join the pre-opening team of our upcoming 4-star property in OMR, Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, ensuring room and public-area standards, handling guest requirements, preparing duty rosters, and coordinating closely with the Front Office team.

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Housekeeping in a reputed 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel.

- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor preferred.

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.

- Good communication and guest-handling skills.

- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and room inspection standards.

- Ability to prepare duty rosters and effectively allocate staff.

- Positive coordination skills with Front Office and other operational departments.

- Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a service-oriented attitude.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
