Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – SPC Sales to drive sales and business development of Speciality Gases across Maharashtra. The role will focus on achieving sales targets, key account management, new customer acquisition, application sales, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
- Manage existing customers through Key Account Management and customer engagement.
- Generate new leads, acquire customers, and expand market share.
- Drive direct and channel sales with competitive sales proposals and presentations.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable speciality gas solutions.
- Coordinate with SCM, distribution, logistics,
and operations for seamless product supply.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from PO generation to invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Manage supply-demand planning, inventory, and product availability.
- Drive price revisions and communicate commercial changes effectively to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct competitor and market intelligence analysis.
- Support customer safety programs and technical engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Sales / Business Development / Application Sales.
- Experience in Speciality Gases / Industrial Gases / Chemicals is preferred.
- Strong experience in B2B / Industrial Sales and Key Account Management.
- Exposure to Direct Sales and/or Channel Sales.
- Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and customer management skills.
- Engineering degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Metallurgy.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and local language.
