Mandatory Skills & Requirements

* Minimum 7+ years of drafting experience

- Relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction / Architecture / Planning
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning and drafting
- Experience with FSI calculations, setbacks and parking requirements
- Knowledge of applicable development control regulations
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel for area calculations
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings
- Experience preparing floor plans, unit layouts, parking layouts and site layouts
- Exposure to feasibility studies, yield analysis and area statements
- Experience with residential, commercial, mixed-use or redevelopment projects

Key Responsibilities





Prepare planning and construction drawings using AutoCAD Prepare floor plans, layouts, parking and site plans

Support FSI, yield and feasibility studies

Prepare drawings for bids, tenders and project proposals

Coordinate with architects, structural/MEP consultants and project teams

Incorporate design revisions and maintain drawing registers

Provide technical drawing support to site teams

Prepare and update as-built drawings

Added Advantage: SketchUp / Revit knowledge and exposure to municipal approval drawings.
