Netsterz Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, lead generation, and performance analysis.

Required Skills

1. Create and manage campaigns for lead generation, conversions, traffic, engagement, and brand awareness.
2. Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rate.
3. Develop effective campaign strategies based on client goals, target audiences, and budgets.
4. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
5. Creative & Copy: Can combine provided images/videos, headlines, and basic primary text to create Feed and Story/Reel ads.



Can differentiate between good copy and bad copy.
6. Understanding of Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
7. Basic Optimization: Knows when to turn off low-performing ads, increase budget on winning ads, and switch up tired creatives.
