Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients
- Pitch company services including web design, website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing
- Understand client requirements and generate qualified leads
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings or demos
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services / Digital Marketing (training will be provided)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in telecalling or inside sales (IT services preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
