Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Location: Hyderabad

CTC: Up to 6 LPA( Hike upto 30 %)

Experience: 1+ Year International Voice Process

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Off

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process in Hyderabad.

Candidates with excellent English communication and experience in International Voice / International Customer Support / International BPO are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and provide effective resolutions.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve assigned quality, productivity,



and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Fresher or Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience
- International Customer Service / BPO experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Comfortable working from office in Hyderabad.
- Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate.
