Process E-commerce Customer Support Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
- Meet quality, productivity, and process KPIs

Salary
- Freshers: Up to 3.5 LPA
- Experienced: Up to 4 LPA (Based on experience & interview)
