DRS International School is looking for an experienced and visionary IB Principal to provide academic leadership, drive school-wide excellence, and strengthen the implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic and academic leadership for the school.
- Lead the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the IB curriculum and programmes.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and student outcomes.
- Mentor, guide, and develop teachers and academic leaders.
- Build a strong culture of inquiry-based, student-centred learning.
- Monitor curriculum planning, classroom practices, assessments, and academic progress.
- Lead IB authorization/evaluation processes and ensure compliance with IB standards and practices.
- Foster solid relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider school community.
- Drive professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage school policies, academic operations,



and quality standards in collaboration with the leadership team.

Candidate Profile
- Master’s Degree with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
- 8–12+ years of experience in school leadership, preferably as Principal/Vice Principal/IB School Leader.
- Strong experience working with IB curriculum/programmes; IB authorization/evaluation experience will be preferred.
- Proven experience in leading teachers, curriculum development, and academic improvement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong understanding of international education and contemporary pedagogical practices.
