Key Responsibilities

- Talk to potential and existing customers to promote Fintech products.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.
- Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and required documents.
- Follow up on customer leads and inquiries.
- Keep accurate records in CRM systems.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Follow company policies and lending rules.
- Give feedback to management about market trends and customer needs.

Required Skills:
- Valuable communication in English and Hindi.
- Able to handle customer questions politely and efficiently.
- Patient and empathetic with difficult customers.
- Call center or customer support experience is a plus.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
