Job Requirements

- Graduate / Undergraduate Can Apply
- 0 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.
- Good understanding of Boolean search and recruitment techniques.
- Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and understand job requirements.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the recruitment process from requirement gathering to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Salary: 2.5 to 4.1 LPA 4.1 LPA CTC
