Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with strong knowledge of procurement and material management in the construction and interior fit-out industry. The candidate will be responsible for vendor development, purchase coordination, material tracking, inventory records, and site-wise purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Development-

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors for construction and interior fit-out materials. Maintain good relationships with existing vendors and negotiate for competitive rates and terms.

2. Vendor Comparison & Procurement-

Prepare detailed comparison charts for materials across different vendors. Compare prices, specifications, quality, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms to support purchase decisions.

3. Site-Wise Material Tracking-

Maintain and monitor records of materials supplied to each project/site. Coordinate with site teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of required materials.

4. Inventory Management-

Maintain accurate records of inventory across all project sites.



Monitor material availability and coordinate replenishment as required.

5. Purchase Order Management-

Maintain records of Purchase Orders (POs) generated site-wise. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of purchase orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.

6. Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.

7. Maintain proper purchase and vendor documentation for easy tracking and reference.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of construction and interior fit-out materials.
- Strong vendor development and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of purchase processes and documentation.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and material requirements simultaneously.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate with 4+ years of relevant experience in purchase/procurement.
- Experience in the construction/interior fit-out industry is mandatory/preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in procurement of interior fit-out materials will be preferred.
- Female candidates are preferred.
