- Strong understanding of medical terminology, diseases, treatments, and procedures
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and policies.
- Ability to analyse medical records, claims, and data to make informed decisions.
- Capable of resolving complex medical and insurance-related issues efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with policyholders, healthcare providers, and insurance company staff. Be pro-active in developing trust and qualified rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.
- Create an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesiveness.
- Maintain the highest level of technical expertise, soft skills expertise.
- Liaise with IT Teams, clients, and business team.
- Manage incident activity to ensure all tickets are worked within the SLA while maintaining SLA response time.
- Required data management / maintenance / modify in excel.

Qualification:

- Life Science graduates/Medical/Paramedical/BPT/Pharmacist/Nursing
- Non-clinical experience, Minimum 1-2 years of Insurance backend working experience (TPA / Insurance)
- Life science with medical coding certificate (CPC, CCS, CIC etc)
