Process: International Voice Process

Work Location: Hyderabad

We are hiring Freshers & Experienced candidates for an International Voice Process. Candidates will be responsible for handling international customer calls, resolving queries and providing effective customer support.

ELIGIBILITY

- Graduates & Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+3) can apply
- Pass-outs: 20222026
- Freshers & Experienced candidates
- Min 1 yr of exp into international voice /semi voice/non voice process
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level) mandatory
- Positive verbal and listening skills
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts
- Immediate Joiners preferred




- Freshers should not have previous PF deductions
- Experienced candidates should not have an absconding history
- Female candidates must be within the cab radius

SALARY
- Freshers: 5.25 LPA
- Experienced: 30% hike on previous CTC, up to 6 LPA

WORKING DETAILS
- 5 Days Working & 2 Rotational Week Offs

- Work From Office

- Night / Rotational Shifts

- Immediate joiners preferred
