Role Objective

We are looking for a result-oriented Finance professional to manage daily cash flow, treasury operations, financial planning, MIS, working capital and banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily cash inflows and outflows against the business plan.
- Oversee fund transfers, payments, collections and treasury transactions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and Annual Business Plans, including monthly financial calendars.
- Analyze actual performance against budget/forecast and provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards and management reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for fund raising and banking requirements.
- Manage working capital effectively with a focus on optimizing cash utilization.
- Identify opportunities to reduce borrowing costs and banking charges.
- Prepare basic analyzed reports/data for investors and banks.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, institutions and other external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: CA / Inter CA / Graduate.




- Experience:
- CA – minimum 2 years
- Inter CA – minimum 5 years
- Graduate – 10+ years
- Strong experience in Treasury, Cash Flow, Working Capital, MIS and Financial Planning.
- Good exposure to banking operations and fund raising.
- Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work with speed, ownership and a sense of urgency.
- Robust interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Industry Preference: Hospitality / FMCG.
- Preferred Age: 28–30 years.
