- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion HFM.
- Experience in HFM implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support.
- Good understanding of financial consolidation and reporting.
- Experience with HFM dimensions, metadata, hierarchies, and business rules.
- Knowledge of intercompany transactions and eliminations.
- Experience with currency translation and ownership management.
- Hands-on experience in HFM data loading, validation, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Smart View and Hyperion Shared Services.
- Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
- Ability to analyze and resolve HFM functional issues.
- Experience in UAT, testing, documentation, and production support.
- Knowledge of Essbase / FDMEE / Oracle EPM is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
