Role Description

- Service, preventive maintenance, and breakdown handling of AHUs and HVAC systems.

- Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, belts, bearings, dampers, filters, coils, valves, and actuators

.

- Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC systems through

BMS

.

- Check sensors, actuators, control valves, VFDs, alarms, and temperature/pressure parameters

.

- Coordinate with BMS and facility teams for control and communication issues.

- Maintain service reports and preventive maintenance records.

- Ensure secure and efficient operation of HVAC equipment.

- Technical understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and tools; ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of experience

- Budget Upto 5 LPA

- BE / Diploma in Mechanical
