Location: Ahmedabad – Near Zundal Circle, SP Ring Road
We are hiring freshers for a Recruitment Consultant role focused on UK Healthcare Assistant (HCA) positions. This role involves consulting candidates and proposing suitable profiles on job portals, not just basic recruitment calls.
Work Timings: 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM (UK shift)
Role Includes:
- Sourcing Healthcare Assistant (HCA) candidates
- Consulting candidates on suitable UK roles and requirements
- Proposing candidate profiles on job portals for live vacancies
- Screening candidates and matching them with relevant job openings
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate updates
- Regular follow-ups and data management
Eligibility:
- Freshers are welcome
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working with job portals and systems
- Willingness to work UK shift
