Role Description The Health Safety Setting Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Agra. This role is responsible for monitoring workplace conditions, identifying hazards, and implementing safety measures to prevent incidents. The Officer will conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits, and will maintain documentation related to health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Daily tasks include developing and updating safety procedures, delivering training sessions, and promoting a culture of safety among all employees. The role also involves coordinating emergency preparedness plans,



investigating incidents, recommending corrective actions, and liaising with regulatory bodies and internal teams to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Health & Safety and Workplace Safety.

- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health.

- Candidates should possess recognized safety certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent.

- Relevant experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments, with a track record of implementing safety programs.

- Knowledge of applicable safety regulations, risk assessment methods, and incident investigation techniques.

- Ability to conduct trainings, communicate clearly with diverse teams, and influence safe work practices.

- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

- Diploma or degree in occupational health, safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
