Key Responsibilities - Schedule meetings with prospective clients and conduct meaningful discussions to understand their insurance requirements.
- Convert prospects into customers by directly selling suitable insurance policies and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Maintain and regularly update client data sheets/spreadsheets, including client details, call history, interactions, requirements, follow-ups, and other crucial information.
- Make 50–60 connected calls daily, ensuring quality conversations and meaningful customer interactions rather than merely focusing on call volume.
- Follow up consistently with prospects, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and update the sales pipeline on a regular basis.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
