As a Health and Wellness Counselor at HaSel Group of Companies, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities for both HB+ and HOP services. You will build and nurture client relationships, support marketing campaigns, and help drive membership growth. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement health and wellness sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, leveraging both digital and traditional channels.
2. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients foster loyalty and repeat business.
3. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, trainers) to coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and services sales.
4. Manage and update client and lead information using Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
5. Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to B2B audiences.
6. Respond promptly to client inquiries and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualification: Bachelor s or master s degree in psychology, Sociology, Biotechnology, Biology, Arts, Sports Management, Sports Science or a related field. Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in psychology, business development, sales, or marketing (fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus)
- Experience with digital marketing and online sales strategies.




- Familiarity with the fitness/wellness sector and emerging industry trends.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention.

Skills

- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Drive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to unlearn outdated practices and adopt recent ones
- Skilled in providing and receiving constructive feedback

Application Process
