About the opportunity

We are hiring a Global Head – Revenue Assurance & MIS for a mature technology company based in Delhi NCR with a significant global footprint. The organisation operates across multiple geographies and serves enterprise clients worldwide. This is a senior finance leadership role with a solid focus on revenue governance, assurance, and management reporting — sitting close to the CFO and business leadership with high visibility across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Global revenue assurance

- Establish and continuously strengthen the global revenue assurance framework across entities, geographies, and customer engagements

- Ensure revenue is appropriately captured, billed, and recognised in accordance with contractual terms and applicable accounting standards (IFRS / Ind AS 115)

- Review complex customer contracts, statements of work, amendments, milestones, and commercial arrangements from a revenue perspective

- Identify and prevent revenue leakage, missed billing, incorrect billing, unbilled revenue, and contractual deviations

- Establish strong governance around milestone-based and contractually driven revenue recognition

- Drive effective governance across the Order-to-Cash cycle — Contract → Order → Billing → Revenue → Receivables → Collections → Cash

- Establish appropriate controls and exception mechanisms across global revenue streams

- Provide regular revenue assurance insights to the CFO and senior management

Global MIS & management reporting

- Own and continuously enhance the global finance MIS architecture

- Build a single, reliable view of key business and financial metrics — revenue, margins, customer profitability, DSO, billing, collections, EBITDA, and forecast vs. actual





- Provide CFO/CEO-level management reporting with clear commentary on key movements, risks, and opportunities

- Drive automation and standardisation of MIS reporting — reduce manual intervention and improve turnaround time and accuracy

- Evolve MIS from historical reporting towards forward-looking business intelligence and decision support

Order-to-Cash & working capital

- Monitor DSO, ageing, disputed receivables, and overdue collections

- Identify root causes for delayed billing and collections

- Partner with sales, delivery, and commercial teams to resolve issues affecting cash flow

- Drive improved cash collection discipline and working capital efficiency

Profitability & commercial finance

- Provide financial analysis and insights on customer, project, geography, and business-unit profitability

- Support sales and business teams in pricing decisions and commercial negotiations

- Identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimisation

Finance transformation & automation

- Drive automation and digitisation of revenue assurance, MIS, and reporting processes

- Leverage ERP, BI, Power BI, and analytics platforms to improve finance effectiveness

- Establish standardised global processes and reporting definitions

Ideal candidate

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 18–25 years of progressive experience in Finance with strong focus on revenue assurance, MIS, and financial controllership

- Significant experience in IT Services, Software Products, SaaS, FinTech, or technology organisations

- Demonstrated ability to partner with CFO/CEO/CXO-level stakeholders

- Experience in large companies with strong corporate governance environments preferred

- Based in or open to relocating to Delhi NCR
