Role Purpose: Contributing to the timely delivery & ready for dispatch of the quality products/ fencing systems by developing people /production techniques, infrastructure with a continuous improvement approach adhering to Safety , Quality & other compliances.

DETAILED :

1. Lead plant operations consist of orders execution, People development system development, infrastructure development keeping the Basic EHS, Quality and Local compliances at top.
2. Governance on Production Planning and Control.
3. Making most efficient utilization of the available resources for plant operations.
4. Inventory Control and upkeep at RM warehouse , WIP and FG stages.
5. Reducing the quality cost with the help of analysis of non-conformances on a periodic basis and by following suitable actions (both corrective and preventive).
6. Improvement in plant effi ciency with continuous improvement projects through the team
7.



Building team spirit among the workmen and also motivating by means of personal involvement.
8. Operational Excellence- Smooth execution of current projects with proper project management for continuous improvement to meet the timelines and project installation budget.
