- B2C Transit Architecture: Partner with the Founder to map out and finalize the 2-3 KM Cluster-Routing Loop (Point A to B to C to A), ensuring flawless vehicle retrieval and shadow fleet deployment.

- Control Room Hiring & Leadership: Build and manage the hiring pipeline for 06 Control Room Managers, setting strict UAT test-case benchmarks for live surveillance tracking.

- EV Infrastructure & Battery Management: Absolute command over electric vehicle diagnostics, swappable Lithium-Ion Battery Management Systems (BMS), localized charging grids, and after-sales service coordination.

- Telematics Enforcement: Oversee the data synchronization between our on-scooter SinoTrack ST-901G 4G LTE arrays and our proprietary Traccar Server hosted on Linux VPS (Hostinger).

- Regulatory & Parking Liason: Execute operational alignment with Chandigarh MC parking inspectors, Bank of Baroda parking heads, and local transport desk regulators.
