Head of Travel Sales – UK & Europe | DMC / Tour Operations / MICE

Streamline Global DMC | India | 7 Years Travel Industry Experience

We are looking for a senior travel sales professional to drive B2B business for Streamline Global DMC across the UK and Europe.

What you’ll do

- Drive new B2B business across UK & Europe.
- Acquire travel agents, tour operators, MICE companies and corporate clients.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently deliver revenue.
- Develop strategic trade partnerships and expand existing accounts.
- Work closely with operations on pricing, proposals and destination programmes.
- Represent Streamline Global DMC at client meetings, trade shows and industry events.

What we need

- 7 years of experience in DMC, tour operations or B2B travel sales.
- Strong knowledge of UK & European destinations, products and ground services.




- Proven track record in business development and closing.
- Strong network within the travel trade is a major advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial skills.
- Someone who is independent, aggressive in sales and hungry to build a business.

Compensation

Competitive fixed salary performance-based incentives, linked to gross profit generated and new business acquisition.

Exceptional candidates with a proven UK & Europe client network and robust revenue track record can expect a premium compensation package with significant earning potential.

This is a hands-on leadership role — we need a hunter, not just an account manager.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
