HERBA TEA is a premium herbal tea brand crafted with real flowers, fruits and green tea. We are on a mission to make mindful wellness a daily ritual, zero sugar, zero calories, pure natural goodness. We are growing fast and looking for a driven, passionate sales leader to grow with us from the ground up.

The Role

We are looking for a hustler, not just a professional. This is a high-ownership, field-based role where you will be the face of HERBA TEA across Pune's corporate, HoReCa and B2B landscape. If you love building relationships, closing deals and creating content that converts this is your seat.

Roles & Responsibilities

? Sales & Business Development

- Identify, approach and close potential lead across corporate offices, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés and B2B clients in Pune
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Represent HERBA TEA at client meetings, networking events and trade visits

? Marketing & Digital Presence

- Create engaging content for HERBA TEA across Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
- Drive brand awareness and grow our digital community organically
- Develop sales collateral, pitch decks and product presentations




- Collaborate with the founder to build and execute marketing campaigns

Who You Are ✅ Pune based mandatory

✅ 0–4 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development

✅ Strong communication and people skills you love meeting people

✅ Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently

✅ Passion for wellness, health or FMCG is a big plus

✅ Basic content creation skills reels, posts, stories

Compensation & Perks

Details

? Probation Period: 3 months strictly performance based

? Performance Incentive: 5% revenue share per deal closure earn up to ₹1,00,000/month

? Travel Reimbursement: ₹5,000/month for local client visits

? Fixed Support: ₹5,000/month during probation
