We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead our business expansion. You will design our market strategy and drive direct acquisition across domestic and international territories. This role requires a proactive leader who builds pipelines from scratch, not a manager who simply monitors existing targets.

Position: Head of Sales at Manesar

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth: Design and execute the overarching sales strategy for our IoT and product ecosystem.

Market Expansion: Drive business penetration into new geographies, with a core focus on Asian and African export markets.

High-Value Acquisition: Identify,



pitch, and close enterprise-level accounts and strategic partnerships.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization.

Revenue Ownership: Establish explicit sales metrics, forecasting models, and pipeline tracking systems to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 8 years of core B2B sales experience. Domain Expertise: Proven track record in IoT, hardware-software solutions, or highly technical product lines.

Export Knowledge: Demonstrated success in exporting products and managing distributors within African and Asian markets. Leadership Style: Hands-on strategist capable of moving from high-level planning to direct execution.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
