About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for driving product strategy, market analysis, and business growth — overseeing a team of mid-senior and junior merchandisers while working closely with design, marketing, sales, retail, e-commerce, and B2B teams.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead and mentor the merchandising team, setting objectives aligned with brand vision

? Drive product assortment, pricing,



and inventory strategy across B2B & B2C verticals

? Deliver monthly design briefs based on sales and market analysis

? Coordinate with factories for smooth order flow and repeat orders

? Own revenue and profitability targets, with a focus on stock turnover

? Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities

? Partner cross-functionally on positioning, campaigns, and product placement

What We're Looking For

✅ Master's degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion, or related field

✅ 10+ years of experience in merchandising/product development, ideally in luxury or fashion

✅ Proven leadership managing teams across levels

✅ Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills

✅ Proficiency in merchandising software, ERP & inventory systems

✅ Knowledge of luxury markets, jewelry, or high-end fashion is a solid plus
