We are looking for a Head – HR to manage and build the HR function for a growing media organisation. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, people-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies and processes.
- Drive talent acquisition across creative, content, sales and corporate functions.
- Manage employee engagement, retention and performance management.
- Handle onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination and HR compliance.
- Develop HR policies, appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on manpower planning and organisational requirements.
- Build a positive, high-performance culture across the organisation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably within Media, Entertainment, Advertising, Digital or Creative industries.
- Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced workforce.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
