Role Description This hiring is for a reputed, market leader head quartered in Kochi, Kerala. The Head of HR will lead all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and HR operations.

This full-time, on-site role in Kochi involves designing and implementing people strategies that support business objectives and promote a culture of growth, inclusion, and accountability. The role demands occassional travel to other states where the business operates.

Responsibilities include managing HR policies and compliance, compensation and benefits frameworks, and partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development. The Head of HR will also guide HR analytics, drive continuous improvement in HR processes,



and collaborating with managers on people management practices.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Knowledge of compensation and perks design, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in learning and development, including leadership development and coaching.
- Ability to use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Prior experience as HR Head or Senior HR Business Partner, preferably in a growth-focused organization in manufacturing or food processing Sector.
