Job Title: Head – Human Resources

Role Summary:

The HR Head will lead the complete HR function for the organization, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, compensation, compliance, learning & development, and organizational culture. The role will work closely with business leaders to build a high-performing workforce aligned with the company’s real estate projects and growth plans.

Candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate industry and based in Noida will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives.




- Manage recruitment for corporate, sales, project, engineering, construction, and support functions.
- Build a solid talent pipeline for real estate and construction professionals.
- Develop compensation, incentives, commissions, and retention programs, particularly for sales teams.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
- Establish and update HR policies, processes, SOPs, and organizational structures.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle processes .
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations .
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Develop training and capability-building programs for employees and managers.
- Support succession planning and leadership development.
- Monitor HR analytics such as attrition, hiring costs, productivity, absenteeism, and manpower costs.
- Partner with project/site leadership to address workforce requirements and employee issues.
- Manage HR systems/HRIS and improve HR processes through technology.
