About the Role -

Omjee’s Cine World is looking for a hands-on Head of Digital Marketing to lead digital campaigns across our growing slate of movies, music and entertainment projects.

The role will cover both our in-house properties and campaigns being executed for entertainment clients. We are looking for someone who can not only plan campaigns but is personally robust at setting up, running, optimising and analysing paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities -

- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for movies, music and entertainment content.
- Personally manage performance campaigns across Meta Ads, YouTube/Google Ads and Snapchat Ads.
- Develop campaign strategy across teaser, trailer, music, pre-release, release and post-release phases.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, media allocation and optimisation.




- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise based on CPM, CPV, reach, frequency, engagement, video consumption and other relevant KPIs.
- Develop and execute influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaigns with meme pages, city pages, entertainment pages and other digital networks.
- Prepare campaign reports, insights and post-campaign analysis.

Requirements -

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital/performance marketing experience.
- Strong practical expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google/YouTube Ads and Snapchat Ads.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimisation and media planning.
- Experience managing influencer/creator campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Previous experience in movies, music, entertainment or media marketing is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of Punjabi audiences and entertainment is preferred.
