Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Head of Design – Home to lead the design direction of our Home category.

The role will be responsible for defining what we create and how our collections look and feel across textiles, home décor and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the overall design vision and design language for the Home category.
- Create and lead 4–5 collection stories each year, including moodboards, color palettes, materials, patterns and visual direction.
- Decide what products to make, including categories, assortment, hero products, sizes, colors and materials.
- Lead the design development across textiles, bedding, cushions, table linen, throws, curtains, ceramics, décor and lifestyle products.
- Brief, guide and review work from textile and product designers.
- Work closely with product development,



sourcing and manufacturing teams to take designs from concept through sampling to final product.
- Maintain a solid and consistent brand design language across all Home collections.
- Research global trends, materials, crafts and consumer preferences, particularly across India, USA, UK and Europe.

Ideal Candidate

- 8–15+ years of experience in Home, Interiors, Lifestyle, Textiles or related design fields.
- Strong creative and aesthetic point of view.
- Experience developing multi-category collections.
- Strong understanding of color, pattern, materials and product design.
- Experience leading and mentoring designers.
- Commercial understanding of product assortment, pricing and market trends.
- Exposure to Indian crafts, artisans and manufacturing is a plus.
