The platform is battle-tested as customer zero on our own profitable growth business: revenue up 3.4x year on year, EBITDA positive, 25+ live recurring clients, near zero marketing spend. The product launches publicly this quarter, with a founding cohort of agencies already on the waitlist and partner channels lined up behind it.

The roleWe are hiring our senior-most engineering leader. You will own the platform end to end: architecture, delivery, quality, and the team that builds it.

This is a bridge-and-build role. You inherit a young, fast, hungry engineering team and a platform at launch. You will work directly with the founder and with senior technical advisors from top global product companies, and you will turn a launch-stage product into a system that serves thousands of businesses.

What you will own:

- Engineering end to end: architecture decisions, delivery speed, launch quality, uptime, security
- A multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform: orgs, workspaces, roles and permissions, client portals
- AI systems in production: agent orchestration, workflow engines, LLM routing, retrieval and memory, evaluation gates that keep quality high at machine speed
- Integrations at the core, not the edge: our platform is API-first and MCP-first by design
- The team: mentor and level up the current engineers, and grow the team to 8-10 as we scale
- The roadmap partnership: translate an ambitious product plan into honest engineering commitments,



and hold both sides of that bargain

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years building software, with 2+ years leading engineers and shipping as a leader, not just reviewing
- You have taken a product from early stage through scale before: you know what breaks at 10x and design for it without over-engineering at 1x
- Strong hands-on depth across the stack, and real production experience with LLM-based systems (agents, RAG, prompt/eval pipelines, cost and latency management)
- Multi-tenant SaaS experience: isolation, permissions, and data models that survive enterprise scrutiny
- Bias for shipping: you cut scope before you slip dates, and you say so out loud
- You enjoy building people, not just systems; much of this team is early-career and will grow as rapid as you teach them

Nice to have:

- Marketing-tech, agency-tooling, or workflow-automation domain experience
- Experience integrating ad platforms, analytics APIs (GSC, GA4, Meta, Google Ads), or CRM systems
- Prior startup founding or first-engineering-hire experience
