- Oversee the overall production planning, execution, and quality control of heavy fabrications, stampings, and welding processes in an auto ancillary industry setting.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity in the weld shop.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements using tools like Kaizen methodology.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment by implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
Job Requirements :
- 18-30 years of experience in manufacturing operations management in the auto components industry.
- Robust knowledge of heavy fabrication techniques such as sheet metal forming, machining, casting etc. .
- Proficiency in robotic welding technologies including MIG/TIG welding methods.
