We are hiring for Head MIS

Location : Chennai

Experience : 14+ years

1.MIS & MANAGEMENT REPORTING

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.

Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting across departments.

Consolidate data across projects and business units.

2.PROJECT MIS

Track project progress, costs, revenue, timelines, and milestones.

Prepare project-wise performance and exception reports.

Monitor construction progress against planned schedules.

3.SALES & CRM MIS

Track leads, site visits, bookings, cancellations, conversions, and sales targets.

Monitor sales team and channel performance.

Analyze CRM data and lead conversion.

4.FINANCE & COLLECTION MIS

Monitor revenue, receivables, collections, and outstanding amounts.

Prepare ageing and collection reports.

Coordinate with Finance for accurate financial reporting.

5.PROCUREMENT & PURCHASE MIS

Track purchase orders, vendors, material requirements, and deliveries.

Monitor procurement against project requirements and budgets.

Identify delays and cost-saving opportunities.

6.CONSTRUCTION & SITE MIS

Collect and consolidate site-level progress, manpower, material, and cost data.

Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports.

Highlight delays, cost variations,



and operational issues.

7.HR & EMPLOYEE MIS

Maintain employee, manpower, attendance, attrition, and recruitment MIS.

Prepare headcount and department-wise manpower reports.

Support HR with payroll and employee analytics.

8.DATA ANALYTICS & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Develop dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and BI tools.

Automate reports and improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

ERP & SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

Coordinate with IT/ERP teams for reporting and system requirements.

Standardize MIS formats, workflows, and data processes.

Ensure data security, accuracy, and system discipline.
