About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head – Influencer Marketing Business to lead and scale our influencer marketing vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business development, client servicing, campaign strategy, operations, team leadership, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business development, sales, and revenue growth for the influencer marketing vertical.

- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Manage key clients, pitches, presentations, retention, and account growth.

- Oversee campaign execution, budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency.

- Build robust relationships with brands, influencers, creators, talent agencies, and partners.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the influencer marketing team.

- Track campaign performance, margins, and overall business KPIs.

- Identify new business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.





Requirements

- 8–15 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in influencer marketing leadership.

- Experience in a PR, digital, media, or integrated marketing agency preferred.

- Strong experience in business development and client acquisition.

- Proven experience managing teams, large campaigns, budgets, and client portfolios.

- Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, social media trends, and influencer platforms.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.

- Experience across sectors such as FMCG, Beauty, Lifestyle, Fashion, Healthcare, Technology, or Consumer brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
