HR Operations & People Lead

Purpose of the Role

Lead and elevate the HR Operations team by driving accountability, qualified standards, employee experience, and business-focused HR practices. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence while developing the teams capability to move beyond transactional activities and become trusted business partners who positively influence culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness. The role serves as a key driver of HR maturity, helping build a high-performing HR function that supports organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in a field related to Human Resources Management, Business Management or Administration.
- Advanced English

Experience

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- 2+ years leading HR teams or HR projects.
- Experience supporting a growing organization preferred.
- Experience working in a global or multi-location environment preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Capability Development

- Assess strengths and development opportunities within the HR team.
- Build development plans to elevate HR capabilities and business acumen.
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the HR function.

Change Leadership Lead HR initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee accountability.

- Drive adoption of new processes, behaviors, and ways of working.
- Act as a catalyst for organizational growth and continuous improvement.

Culture & Performance

- Reinforce organizational values and expected behaviors.
- Support managers in addressing performance and behavioral issues.
- Promote a culture of accountability across the organization.

Stakeholder Management

- Build robust relationships with leaders and employees across the organization.
- Influence decisions through credibility, communication, and data rather than authority.




- Facilitate alignment and collaboration across functions and teams.

Business Partnership

- Partner with business leaders to identify people-related challenges and opportunities.
- Translate business needs into HR actions and solutions.
- Establish, monitor, and communicate HR metrics that demonstrate the impact of people initiatives on business performance.

Talent Strategy

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business growth.
- Improve the quality of hiring decisions through structured assessment and selection practices.
- Identify talent gaps and proactively build plans to address future workforce needs.

Employee Experience

- Drive onboarding, engagement, and employee relations initiatives.
- Ensure consistent and professional employee interactions.
