As the Head of Digital Talent Branding & Growth at CareerXperts, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for building a market-leading employer brand and digital talent engagement ecosystem. You will drive candidate acquisition, scale talent networks, and position CareerXperts as the premier destination for top-tier industry talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Employer Brand Strategy:

Define and articulate the unique Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for CareerXperts and partner clients to attract active and passive talent across tech and leadership domains.

- Content & Digital Engagement:

Lead omni-channel content creation (social media, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, video) to build high-converting candidate pipelines and establish thought leadership.

- Talent Growth & Performance Marketing:

Design and execute data-driven inbound talent campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, paid media, and marketing automation tools to lower Cost-Per-Hire and expand talent pools.

- Community & Advocacy:





Build and manage vibrant digital talent communities; empower internal consultants and recruiters with personal branding playbooks to act as brand ambassadors.

- Analytics & Attribution:

Establish key performance indicators (conversion rate, candidate engagement, brand reach, inbound pipeline share) to report ROI directly to executive leadership.

Requirements

- Experience:

Hands-on experience in Employer Branding, Digital Growth Marketing, or Talent Engagement within recruitment agencies, executive search, or hyper-growth tech firms.

- Digital Expertise:

Deep working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter/Elevate, performance marketing platforms, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and talent CRM systems.

- Storytelling & Content Skills:

Proven track record of producing high-engagement copy and visual content tailored to tech, product, and leadership professionals.

- Leadership:

Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of collaborating with recruitment heads, hiring managers, and creative teams.
