What You’ll Do
Lead dynamic personal training sessions and group functional workouts customized to member goals. Correct movement patterns, enforce strict safety standards, and teach proper technique on all equipment. Conduct initial fitness assessments, track client milestones, and adjust programs for continuous progress. Maintain a clean, energized, and supportive gym atmosphere. Build robust relationships with members to boost retention and foster a positive community spirit.
What We’re Looking For
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or recognized fitness credential (CPR/AED certification is a plus).
Strong foundation in strength training, functional movement,
and basic nutritional guidance.
High energy, transparent communication skills, and a professional, positive attitude.
Ability to coach individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to competitive athletes. Prior floor coaching or personal training experience preferred.
