Profile Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Guitar Trainer to conduct engaging and interactive guitar sessions for school students in Oshiwara. The ideal candidate should have strong guitar-playing skills, good communication abilities, and a passion for teaching music to young learners. The trainer will be responsible for developing students' musical abilities, building their confidence, and creating an enjoyable and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct guitar training sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach students fundamental and advanced concepts of guitar, including chords, scales, rhythm, strumming, and basic music theory.
- Plan and conduct engaging and activity-based music sessions.
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, school events, and showcases.




- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their musical development.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the school and the Gyansthan team regarding schedules, performances, and other academic requirements.

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience teaching guitar or music to children is preferred.
- Solid proficiency in playing the guitar with a good understanding of music theory.
- A degree or certification in Music, Performing Arts, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging, interactive, and activity-based sessions.
- Passion for music, teaching, and mentoring young learners.
- Candidates who can commit to sessions every Wednesday will be preferred.
