- Manage guest seating and reservations as required.

- Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

- Present accurate bills to guests and handle payments securely.

- Operate POS systems and cash registers for billing and payment processing.

- Explicit and reset tables after guests finish their meals.

- Clean spills and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

- Restock service stations with required supplies.

- Coordinate closely with kitchen chefs and service staff to ensure smooth table service.

- Identify and resolve service delays or customer concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations

- Greet customers politely and assist with seating.

- Understand and respond to guest requirements professionally.

Order & Food Service

- Take customer orders accurately.

- Confirm special requests, dietary requirements, and allergies.

- Relay order details clearly to the kitchen.

- Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to service standards.

Billing & Payments

- Generate and present accurate customer bills.

- Operate POS and billing systems.

- Process cash and digital payments securely.

- Handle billing-related customer queries.

Dining Area Maintenance

- Clear and reset tables efficiently.

- Maintain clean and organized dining areas.

- Clean spills immediately and maintain hygiene standards.

- Keep service stations properly stocked.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff regarding orders.

- Communicate service requirements and special requests.

- Work with fellow service staff to manage table flow.

- Report and help resolve service delays promptly.
