We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented
Guest Relations Executive to manage the front office at our Suncity Ultima site office, Zirakpur. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling calls and enquiries, coordinating customer visits, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers and visitors in a qualified and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day reception operations.
- Handle incoming calls and provide basic project-related information.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and customer walk-ins.
- Coordinate with the Sales team regarding customer arrivals and site visits.
- Attend to customer queries and direct sales-related enquiries to the appropriate Sales Executive.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle customer requests professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Real Estate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong customer-handling, coordination, and organizational skills.
