- Welcome guests and visitors warmly upon arrival.

- Manage guest registration and provide information about the property and facilities.

- Provide guests with orientations regarding available facilities, services, and designated areas.

- Monitor arrival lists and coordinate personalized services for VIP and special guests.

- Arrange and coordinate personalized amenities according to guest requirements.

- Provide attentive and qualified assistance to VIP guests throughout their stay.

- Explain property features, local attractions, facilities, and available services to guests.

- Promote on-site amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.

- Listen to customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

- Resolve guest issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department when required.





- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.

- Maintain accurate daily logbooks and administrative records.

- Record guest preferences, feedback, requests, and service-related information.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest services.

VIP & Special Guest Management

- Monitor daily arrival lists for VIP and special guests.

- Coordinate personalized amenities and special arrangements.

- Understand and cater to individual guest preferences.

- Provide continuous assistance throughout the guest's stay.
