We are hiring for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and skilled individual who enjoys interacting with guests and is committed to delivering excellent service and a smooth, pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle guest queries, requests, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Maintain good relationships with guests and provide excellent service.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests and concerns are resolved.
- Handle guest communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain guest records, daily reports, and necessary updates.
- Handle guest concerns and escalate important issues to the manager when required.
- Support daily front-office and property operations.
- Collect guest feedback and help improve the overall guest experience.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Guest Relations, Front Office,



Hospitality, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Candidates with experience in hotels, serviced apartments, hospitality, property management, travel, or customer service will be preferred.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
- Strong guest-handling and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, emails, and daily reporting.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
