Experience

1–3 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel or resort.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival.

- Assist guests with check-in, check-out and other Front Office requirements.

- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience throughout their stay.

- Handle guest queries, requests and complaints professionally.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B; and other departments to fulfil guest requirements.

- Conduct guest feedback and follow up on guest concerns.

- Maintain good knowledge of resort facilities, outlets, activities and services.

- Assist in VIP guest handling and special arrangements.

- Maintain professional communication and grooming standards.

- Ensure all Front Office and guest service SOPs are followed.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- Pleasant personality with a guest-oriented approach.

- Good English and Hindi communication skills.

- Solid problem-solving and coordination skills.

- Well-groomed and confident.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification will be preferred.
