Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Identify and approach prospective clients in the assigned industry vertical

- Develop and execute customized go-to-market strategies to generate new business opportunities.

- Research and track greenfield and brownfield projects for potential talent acquisition needs.

- o Lead the entire client acquisition life cycle from lead generation, cold calling, and initial outreach to proposal development, negotiation, and onboarding.

- Initiate and conduct cold calling campaigns to build a pipeline of target accounts.

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact during the client onboarding journey. Work closely with RGF recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff and delivery alignment.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and Csuite executives.

Market Mapping & Intelligence:

- Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, industry movements, competitor activity, and potential partnership opportunities.

- Analyse and track investment projects, expansions, and plant set-ups (greenfield/brownfield).





- Leverage insights to refine targeting and positioning strategies.

Collaboration & Strategy:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentation materials tailored to client needs.

- Customize solutions based on specific organizational challenges and industry dynamics.

- Actively contribute to quarterly planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic discussions with leadership.

Key Requirements:

- Can do cold calling, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement.

- Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and solution development skills.

- Willingness to attend in-person client meetings as required.

- 5-day work-from-office (WFO) role based in Gurgaon.

- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic, solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Qualified, well-groomed, and confident while engaging with senior executives and CXOs.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
